Sarawak Energy Berhad (SEB) could start supplying the 230MW of electricity purchased by Indonesian National Electric Company (PLN) in April next year, according to state Tourism Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg.
Indonesia is expected to finish the last 5% of its portion of the 46.8km 275MW transmission line – from Mambong in Sarawak to Bengkayang in West Kalimantan – before the end of the first quarter of 2016, he said today.
