XG-40/3.82-M Waterwall system

1. When the side waterwalls are assembled, the ball test must be carried out according to the standards.
2. Before the assembly of the waterwall header and the waterwall tube platen, the header internal and the pipe joints must be checked, and the debris should be cleared.
3. The fire-facing surface of the welds between the upper and lower waterwall tube panels which includes the fire-facing side welding seams of the flat steels must be polished.
4. The fire-facing side of the seam of left, right waterwall tube panels must be polished.
5. To guarantee the installation quality of membrane waterwall, it should be jointed according to the arrow or circle marks on the membrane wall, the one with same marks should be jointed together.
6. The membrane waterwall tube panel may be deformed during transportation or lifting process, check it before installation and ensure its flatness.
7. The shake-proof equipment on the waterwall should be installed according to the drawings, do not miss it.
8. Wear-resistant of tubes and headers in the furnace:
The furnace pipe elbows and headers which are eroded by the gas are all welded with pins, and the wear-resistant castable is laid on the pins. Before the wear-resistant castable is laid, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, and remove the oxide layer and the welding leather. Tube panels are best to be installed after the floor is laid with the wear-resistant castable, especially the elbows on boiler top. The castable should be tight without air holes. Pins are not allowed to be exposed. The preparation of raw material, the construction and the maintenance should be carried out according to the regulations. Besides, dry the boiler according to the relative requirements.
9. During the installation of the furnace outer casing, if the outer casing collides with door holes or the secondary air ducts, cut the outer casing on site, and make something to be the supporter on site.
