This furnace waterwall adopts the full-suspension membrane wall structure and the furnace room owns four circuits (left, right, front and back). Tube diameter of the membrane wall is Ф60×5 (in the water-cooling air chamber, the front, back waterwall tube diameter is Ф51×5), pitch is 100mm. Furnace surroundings are arranged with rigid beams so that there would be enough carrying capacity. “Decentralized downcomer” structure is adopted. 14 downcomers (Ф89×4) are introduced out from the drum, four on front wall, four on back wall and three on every side wall. To prevent wear and tear, weld fins, pins or lay the wear-resistance materials on waterwall parts.
