Phenomenon:
--- The smoke exhausting temperature rise abnormally.
--- For the reburning of the horizontal flue, the oxygen content in the smoke lowers and the main steam temperature rise abnormally.
--- For the reburning of the silo flue, the primary air temperature and the secondary air temperature rise, and the outlet water temperature of economizer rise.
--- The furnace negative pressure fluctuation is relatively large.
--- Smoke or fire came out from the places which are not tight on the flue.
Reason:
--- The ratio between the air and material is seriously imbalanced during the operation.
--- During the starting process, the oil gun atomization is not good. Simultaneously, it is operate with fuel for a long time.
Treatment:
--- Ash blowing should be carried out according to the heat surface of the combustion flue section, and the load should be decreased if necessary.
--- If it is invalid after treatment and the smoke exhausted temperature increased for 200℃, emergency shutdown.
--- All air fans should be entirely stopped. Seal the combustion system and the air and smoke system.
--- Water should be continued to be added to the boiler.
