Phenomenon:
--- Water level cannot be seen from the windows, the boiler water color turns to be dark.
--- High water level alarming signals are issued.
--- The overheated steam temperature reduces, and the salt content in the steam increases.
--- The feedwater flow changes to be larger than the steam flow immediately.
Reason:
--- The operating personnel neglect to monitor the water level.
--- The feedwater automatically adjustment fails or the feedwater pressure is too high.
Treatment:
--- At first, the mutual comparison should be made to several water level meters. And whether the water is really full or not and the full water condition should be determined.
--- Change the automatically feedwater adjustment to be manual.
--- When the slightly full, it can be adjusted manually, and the sewage device, the water-discharging equipment and the emergency blowoff equipments should be largely opened.
--- If the water is of serious full and the adjustment is not effective, the emergency shutdown should be requested immediately.
