Reason:
--- Material can not go through the hopper.
--- Fault of the feeder.
--- The coal clogging of the feeding pipe.
--- The furnace backpressure is too large.
Treatment:
--- The coal interruption is directly can be seen from the meter 02. Once the 02 indication is found to be higher than the normal value, check that whether there is coal interruption or not at first (Until the bed temperature is founded to decrease continuously, it is late to determine whether it is of coal interruption). By checking, find out the point of material interruption and clear it in time. Simultaneously, the rotation speed of other feeders should be increased appropriately and the total feeding amount should be maintained. If the furnace backpressure is too large, the slag-discharging amount of slag cooler should be increased.
