Phenomenon:
--- Bed pressure alarming.
--- The slag-discharging load of slag cooler increases seriously, or even the slag-discharging is stopped.
--- Pressure of the bottom air box is too high or too low.
Reason:
--- Measuring fault of bed pressure.
--- Fault of slag cooler. The slag discharging amount is too small or too large.
--- The feeding amount and the combustion amount of limestone are not proper.
--- The primary air flow is not proper.
--- Boiler load change is too fast or the fuel characteristic change is too large.
Treatment:
--- If the bed pressure is high, the slag-discharging amount of slag cooler should be increased and the feeding amount should be decreased. Or if the bed pressure is too low, the slag-discharging amount of slag cooler should be decreased, and the supply of limestone should be increased if necessary.
--- Check the bed pressure measuring points, if there is fault, it should be eliminated in time.
--- If the slag-discharging fault cannot be eliminated and the bed pressure continues to rise, the boiler must be shut for treatment.
