--- Before the boiler is started, if the furnace is empty, a certain amount of bed material can be injected into the furnace under the premise that the air fan is already put into operation. For the initial bed material, the boiler slag which carbon content is less than 3% can be adopted and the particle size should be within 0mm to 5mm. The bed material can be distributed evenly on the air distributors as the air fan operates.
--- The bed material amount could be obtained by checking the indicated bed pressure. Once the bed material amount increases, the bed pressure indication would increase along with it.
