1. The structure of “water-cooling air chamber and bell-type hood” is adopted in this boiler. The hoods are installed on the air distributors which are formed by the flat steels between the waterwall tubes. The installation of hoods should be strict accordance with the technical requirements of the drawing. Spot weld three points between the take over and air distribution plates. The welding bar adopts the one which serial number is A402, and it is compatible with the hood material.
2. Before the refractory and insulating concrete are laid between hoods, the hood holes should be packaged with plastic paper or tapes to avoid clogging. The surface of the refractory concrete must be smooth. The contact part between the connecting pipe and the concrete should be plastered with the asphalt.
3. The opening degree of the main primary air door must be constant with the indication of the air door printer.
4. Based on the relative drawings and the position of cooler, the accident slag-discharging tube should be installed on the vertical slag-discharging tube on site.
5. Based on the relative drawings and the position of cooler, the ash discharge tube should be installed on the lower part of water-cooling air chamber on site.
