The fluidized bed air distributor use water-cooled air distributor plate structure and the effective area is 4.2m2. The air distributor is equipped with 172 bell wind caps, the insulating concrete and the refractory concrete should be filled on the wind plate between the caps.
Air is divided into the primary air and the secondary air. PA: SA is about 55: 45. The primary air enters in from two sides of the furnace water-cooled air chamber, and then it flows to the combustion chamber through the hood holes on the air distributor. The secondary air is supplied with two layers on the height direction of the air distributor.
One slag tube (Ф219) is arranged on the air distributor, it could be connected to the slag cooler. Another inclining slag tube should be connected on the straight part for manual slag discharging.
