1. Furnace
(1) The furnace wall of waterwall wall-crossing tube should be constructed in strict accordance with the brick-setting drawing. Any place which is not matching the drawing should be reworked.
(2) All the secondary air ducts and coal-feeding tube in the furnace dense-bed area should be polished with the asphalt of 2mm.
(3) The corners in furnace air distributor area should be filled with the aluminum fiber plates (δ20 thickness).
(4) Before the casting of the furnace air distributors, seal the hood holes with tape firstly.
(5) On the height direction of the furnace dense bed, the gravity corundum castable and the high-strength wear-resistant plastic should be pored by divisions, and steps are not allowed to be on the divisions.
(6) When the gravity corundum castable or the high-strength wear-resistant plastic is poured on the upper elbows of dense bed, steps are not allowed to be on the divisions.
(7) On the place of waterwall dense-bed upper elbow, the stainless steel “V-type” grasping nails could be welded on the flat steels by the wear-resistant manufacturer, and they should take responsibility to the quality of castable here.
(8) About the pouring of the coal-feeding tubes on wall-crossing parts, manufacture the wood cylinder (45°) and the wood cyclinder (22°) previously to guarantee that the angle of coal-feeding tube would be 45°and the angle of coal-spreading drat place would be 22°.
(9) When the gravity corundum castable is poured on the outward bending elbows which are on the lower part of waterwalls, it should be noted that steps are not allowed to be between the castable and the tubes.( As shown in figure 1)
(10) About the wear-resistant castable or plastic in the waterwall dense-bed area, whether the expansion seam should be left for them or not is decided by the manufacturer on site.
2. Cyclone separator
(1) The construction of high-temperature cyclone separator should be in strict accordance with the drawing of “brick-setting arrangement”. Especially the shape and dimension of the “eagle-iron” on cyclone separator inlet parts, otherwise, it should be reworked. The dimension of separator inlet should be guaranteed.
(2) The pulling nails on “eagle iron” which is in the inlet flue of cyclone separator should be high-temperature resistant, and they should be supplied by our company. And it is not allowed to use other grasping nails.
(3) The “three-directional expansion seam” in the separator inlet flue should be filled with the aluminum fiber plates. And the place which is near the fire-facing side should be filled with the slight-expansion refractory plastic (δ30 thickness).
(4) Derrick and area through the top of the furnace wall to rinse the asphalt.
(5) In cyclone separator and in separator outlet flue, both sides of baffles and supporting plates should be laid with the lining of aluminum fiber plate (thickness: 20mm).
(6) Steps are not allowed to be in the junction of the straight part of cyclone shell and the cone part.
(7) When the sub-sections of vertical tube are jointed, steps are not allowed to be.
3. Back-feeding device
(1) The components of back-feeding device, just like vertical tube, the back-feeding tube and the inclined tube, should be installed for the first try (spot weld), then the construction can be carried out after everything is considered to be right. And then the following aspects should be checked by the user: whether the diameter, length, width, thickness and roundness are in accordance with the drawing requirements, whether the surface is flat, whether there is air hole or bubbling. And the above devices could be finally located if the inspection is qualified.
(2) On the junction of the back-feeding box and the back-feeding tube, the dimension of the horizontal section must not be more than 50mm. And the smaller, the better.
4. Separator outlet flue, tail silo flue
(1) The rock wool board should be filled between the profiled bars on the top of the horizontal flue in separator outlet.
(2) When the suspended tube goes across the top furnace wall of outlet flue, the contact area with the wear-resistant castable should be packaged with a layer of aluminum fiber cotton.
(3) The wear-resistant castbale for the top furnace wall of separator outlet flue adopt the high-aluminum wear-resistant castable (proportion is 2.2).
(4) The circumferential furnace walls in tail silo flue are required to be vertical, and the uneven phenomenon is not allowed.
(5) The expansion spacing must be left between the furnace walls in tail silo flue and the superheater snake tubes or the economizer snake tubes. And the distance between the furnace wall and superheater or between furnace wall and economizer must be even, and be consistent with the drawing requirements.
(6) It must be noted that the construction of the furnace wall of inlet header of low-temperature superheater should be in accordance with the drawings, any change is not allowed.
(7) Both the superheater wall-crossing tubes and the economizer wall-corssing tubes in tail flue should be packaged with a layer of aluminum fiber plates.
(8) About the furnace wall of tail silo flue, wherever it is contacted with the steel columns or beams, it should be lined with the aluminum fiber plate of 40mm.
