1. Before the superheater snake tubes are assembled, the superheater headers, pipe joints should be checked, and the debris should be cleared.
2. The superheater tubes may be deformed during transportation or lifting process, so correct them before installation and ensure its flatness.
3. The longitudinal direction of high, low-temperature superheater tubes must be in the vertical plane which is parallel to the boiler axis, and it should be of even spacing. Tube should not be protruding; otherwise it may cause wear and tear.
4. The central line of wear-resistant cover plate of high, low-temperature superheater must be in the vertical plane of tube center. Besides, it should be installed in strict accordance with the drawings, make sure that one end can expand freely.
5. Main steam outlet could be on left side or right side. It should be arranged by the boiler installation unit according to the direction which is designed by the design institute.
6. Drain pipe which on the low temperature superheater inlet header in the region of the flue shall be used alloy steel pipe.
