The superheater system is arranged on tail flue, and it is divided into the high-temperature section and the low-temperature section. The flue gas flow through the high-temperature section firstly, and then flow through the low-temperature section. Superheater tube diameter of the high-temperature section is Ф32ｘ4, pitch is 105mm, and it is of counter-current arrangement, tube material is 12Cr1MoVG. Superheater tube diameter of the low-temperature section is Ф32ｘ4, pitch is 105mm, and it is of counter-current arrangement, tube material is 15CrMoG or 20/GB3087.
The superheaters in the high-temperature section and the low-temperature section would scour the first row of tubes along with the flue gas, so that the wear-resistant cover plate should also be equipped.
To adjust the overheated steam temperature, the spray desuperheater should be arranged between the superheater of high-temperature section and the superheater of low-temperature section.
The stem-collected header of superheater is equipped with the pressure gauge, the thermometer, the safety valve, the air-exhausted valve, the steam bypass valve and the drain valve.
Tubes of high-temperature superheater or low-temperature superheater are of “tube-hanging-tube” form, it means that two rows of high-temperature superheater tubes and two rows of low-temperature superheater tubes are hung by the suspension tubes of each row.
