--- If the boiler bed collapse, the doors of the flue and gas system should be tightly closed.
--- If the bed temperature is reduced to 400℃, start the induced draft fan, the high-pressure air fan, the primary air fan and the secondary air fan, the emergency ventilation and cooling should be carried out to the furnace but the air damper opening degree should not be too large, and the temperature lowering rate should be controlled to be below 150℃/h (the requirements of refractory material should be referred).
--- When the bed temperature is reduced to 150℃, the high pressure air fan, the primary air fan and the secondary air fan should be stopped. Open the manhole door on the lower of furnace, the furnace negative pressure could be increased according to the temperature lowering rate.
--- When the boiler temperature is reduced to below 60℃, the induced draft fan could be stopped.
--- If the hot standby is not required or if it is unnecessary to fasten the boiler cooling, the forced ventilation or cooling measures can not be done.
--- If the boiler downtime is more than 5 days, the bed material can be removed, and the bed material which particle size is relatively small could be recycling. Otherwise, the bed material is unnecessary to be removed.
To ensure the safe and correct operation, the above operating procedures are suggested. Under the premise that the operating experiences are obtained in the future, some appropriately changes are allowed. The operation of the auxiliary equipments should refer to the instructions of the manufacturers.
