XG-40/3.82-M Preparations before boiler installation

1. The installer should be the professional boiler installation unit.
2. Before construction, the “boiler installation instruction”, the “brick setting drawing” and the relative drawings and should be carefully read by the boiler installation unit (the relative drawings and documents should be supplied by the user).
3. The possible furnace building program should be proposed by the boiler installation unit, and the user should organize some professionals to review it, and the advices should be made, and the construction can be carried out only when it is accepted.
4. Before installation, the installer should review the boiler installation dimensions which relates to the furnace wall.
5. The wear-resistant material and the insulating material should be prepared by the boiler installation unit on site; it must be in strict accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer. And the manufacturer must send the technical personnel to guide and supervise the construction on site.
6. Before installation, all the testing sleeves on boiler must be installed and located.
7. The furnace wall construction in waterwall area and the furnace wall construction in superheater and economizer area could not be carried out until the boiler hydrostatic test is qualified. But the brickwork of cyclone separator, under-bed ignition burner, the back-feeding device and the separator outlet flue are allowed to be carried out before the hydrostatic test.
8. Before the tail flue is installed, all the heating surface tube should be laid with paper plates or plastic sheets, so that the tube of heating surface would not be damaged by the refractory brick.
9. Before the brickwork of tail flue, the steel plate (δ3) on the casing (front superheater area of tail flue) should be seal weld with the casing frame firstly.
10. Steel plates of cyclone separator top frame and steel plates of horizontal flue top frame on cyclone separator outlet could be seal welded only when the brickwork and boiler cooking work is complete.
11. Before the casting of the gravity corundum castable or the high-strength wear-resistant plastic on the furnace dense bed, the pin condition on the circumferential membrane waterwall tubes should be checked, especially the arrangement of pins on the corners. If the refractory material manufacturers consider that the pin spacing is too much large, weld more pins or grasping nails.
12. Before the brickwork, the dimension of cyclone shell should be measured. If the dimension or shape is found to be not consistent with the drawing, it should be corrected by the boiler installation unit.
13. Talking about the cyclone shell top and the horizontal flue top on cyclone shell outlet, the angle iron or flat steel should be welded between the profiled bars. The width direction of flat steel should be perpendicular to the floor. “Y-type” grasping nails should be welded on profiled bars and “V-type” grasping nails should be welded on the flat steels. Distance between flat steels or between flat steel and profiled bar should be appropriate.
14. Before the installation of the tail silo flue, the locating distance of the circumferential casings should be reviewed by the installation unit. If it is not consistent with the drawing, the installation unit is required to change it.
15. The installation unit of boiler proper and the brickwork unit should cooperate with each other closely and improve the boiler quality together.
16. On the places of cyclone separator, the outlet flue, the vertical tube, the back-feeding box and the back-feeding tubes, the spacing between the grasping nails is decided by the manufacturer of wear-resistant material.
17. The contact part of the Y-type grasping nails and the wear-resistant castable (or the wear-resistant plastic) should be polished with the asphalt.
