1. The cold test of boiler should be before or after boiler backing, it is decided by the user according to the specific conditions on site.
2. The construction of boiler and the auxiliary machines should be complete, and the hydrostatic test should be tested qualified.
3. The auxiliary machines needed by boiler baking should operate well.
4. After the construction of furnace wall, open the manhole door and the air door for natural ventilation for 2~5 days.
5. Add softened water to normal water level.
6. Fuel for baking: wood and diesel could be chosen according to the specific conditions on site.
7. Professionals should be organized to do an overall inspection to boiler proper, the boiler installation quality and brickwork quality should be checked.
(1) Check that whether the sealing of furnace waterwall and the sealing of square water-cooling separator is good or not.
(2) Check that whether the laying heights of the wear-resistant castable on dense-bed surroundings of lower part of furnace are consistent or not, and whether it is higher than the central line of the upper vertical waterwall.
(3) Check that whether the weld waterwall welding joints is polished or not, and whether the welding seams of the waterwall angle sealing plate and the tube fins is polished or not.
(4) Check that whether the hood holes are clogging or not.
(5) Check that whether the following ones are consistent with the drawing or not: the inlet dimension of the cyclone separator, “three-way expansion seam”, inlet “eagle-iron”, dimension of the internal diameter of cyclone separator, the roughness and the verticality.
(6) Check that whether the installation of the wear-resistant cover on tail heating surface is qualified or not, whether the expansion spacing between the heating surface snake tubes and the furnace wall meets the requirements or not, and whether the baffle for gas circuit is installed or not.
(7) Check whether the installation position of the hoods in the back-feeding box is correct or not.
(8) Check that whether the steam-discharge hole is opened or not on cyclone separator, separator outlet flue or the shell of back-feeding device (~Φ10mm, spacing: 500mm).
(9) Check that whether the asbestos ropes is laid between the manhole door cover and door seat of tail flue or not, and whether the manhole door is closed or not.
(10) Check that whether the accidental slag-discharge tube, the ash-discharge tube of water-cooling air chamber, the ash-discharge tube of back-feeding box, the ash-discharge tube of back-feeding air box are well located or not.
8. The air distributors should be laid with refractory bricks or the CFB boiler slag (thickness: 100 mm).
