--- The installation of the boiler proper, the back-feeding system and the flue gas and air system should be complete. Air leakage test and air pressure test should be qualified. Boiler insulation work and plastering work should be complete, and all the door holes should be opened for natural drying for 120 hours.
--- The inside of the furnace, the flue and air channel, the cyclone separator, the back-feeding device, the air preheater and the dust collector should be totally checked.
--- The installation of the boiler expansion indicator should be complete, and the pointer should be adjusted to zero.
--- The installation of fuel system should be complete. And after the washing of the hydrostatic test, oil-supply to the under-bed ignition burner should be regular.
--- The installation and test-runs of the boiler thermal instrumentation and electrical instrumentation should be complete. And after checking, they can be put into use.
--- The drum internal devices should be well installed. The water-level mark on the drum water-level meter should be clear, correct and be of good lighting.
--- Add the softened water or the chemical desalted water to the normal water level, the difference between the water temperature and the drum wall temperature should not be greater than 50℃, and normally it is about 30℃～70℃. Beside, the water-level meter should be washed to be clean.
--- The sampling points of the wear-resistant material should be preset on the cyclone separator back-feeding device cyclone separator export flue.
