1.The installation and adjustment of “constant-force spring hanger”
(1) The upper part of the hanger bolt should be connected with the elastic bolt on the hanger, and the lower part of it should be connected with the suspended pre-combustion chamber. Tighten the elastic bolt until the fixed pin shaft can be pulled out freely. Meanwhile, check and adjust the suspended pre-combustion chamber to be in a horizontal position.
(2) Once the suspended load is stable, lock it with the fixed pin shaft and prepare for the hydrostatic test.
(3) When the hydrostatic test is done, the pin shaft should not be removed in order to make the constant hanger to be fixed, the overload can be absorbed, and the components like the spring would not be broken because of overload.
(4) After the hydrostatic test, the fixed pin shaft can be pulled out. Check and adjust the displacement indicator, it can be put into operation if it in cold-state position.
2. Before the installation and operation, if the fixed pin shaft can not be pulled out freely, try the following methods.
(1) Rotate the elastic nut between the load bolt and hanger bolt, and make the load torque which is bore by the hanger to be balanced with the spring torque of hanger, and unplug the fixed pin shaft.
If the fixed pin shaft in the fixed frame hole tends to the load side, it means that the load torque is relatively big, and the elastic nut should be loosened. And if it tends to the spring cover side, it means that the load torque is relatively small, and the elastic nut should be tightened.
(2) If the fixed pin shaft is still can not be pulled out by using the above methods, it shows that there is a large deviation between the actual load and the calculated load. The load adjusting nut in hanger should be adjusted at this time in order to make the actual load torque to be balanced with the spring torque of hanger, and the fixed pin shaft should be unplugged then.
When the load is relatively larger, make the calibration slot move upwards by adjusting the load-adjustment bolt.
When the load is relatively smaller, make the calibration slot move downwards by adjusting the load-adjustment bolt.
(3) If the fixed pin shaft is still can not be unplugged by using the above two methods, it means that the hanger type is wrong. If the deviation between the actual load and the hanging standard load is too large, the load assigned to the hanger should be changed and change the hanger.
(4)If the hanger can not be changed, the tighten nut on back gland of hanger spring could be adjusted on the premise that the actual needed displacement scope of pipeline would not be influenced, and the preset pressure valve of spring could be changed. By dosing the above ones, the spring torque would be balanced with the actual load torque, and the pin shaft could be unplugged.
