XG-40/3.82-M Normal shutdown to cold-state

   --- After the shutdown command is received, the shutdown operation note should be written by the stoker, and the personnel on duty of turbine, chemical thermal and fuel should be noticed simultaneously after being approved by the team leader.
   --- Before shutdown, an overall checking should be done to the boiler. The founded deflects should be recorded down and it should be reported to the workshop for maintenance.
   --- If the boiler is for major overhaul or for long-term reserve after shutdown, the material in the hopper must be totally burnt. And when it is close to totally burnt, the load should be reduced to 50% gradually, and water feeding should be changed from automatically to manually. Stop the secondary air fan and shut off the air fan damper, the feeder should be stopped until the material is totally burnt, but the fluidization should be continued. When the bed temperature is lower than 750℃, the primary air fan and the back-feeding air fan should be stopped, then stop the induced draft fan after 5 minutes and shut off all the dampers, air doors, and the ash-discharging door of the back feeding equipment should be shut off after the back-feeding ash is all discharged.
   --- During the process of load lowering, make sure that the temperature difference between the upper and lower walls should not exceed 50℃.
   --- The ash blowing should be carried out before the load is reduced to below 50% or before the boiler operation stops, therefore, the tube would not be eroded as the moisture in the air is absorbed by the sulfur fouling.
   --- When shutdown, the drum water level should be maintained to be slightly higher (+30-50mm), than stop adding water (if it is of single-furnace operation, the turbine department should be noted to stop the water pump) and open the recycle valve of economizer.
   --- Open the drain door on superheater and the air exhausted door, and shut off the main steam cut-off gate until the load is reduced to 0 or until the steam temperature is reduced to 470℃ (if it is of single-furnace operation, it only can be shut off under the permission of the turbine department).
   --- Shut off all the steam sampling doors, the continuous sewage door and the dosing door.
   --- Note the dust collection working stuffs to stop the operation of electrical dust collector.
   --- The fed water after shutdown would still go across the economizer. And the economizer recycle door should be opened after the water is fed.
   --- If the boiler is still with pressure or if the power of the power equipment is not cut off, some one should be sent to monitor the dial and maintain the water level.
   --- The furnace door should not be opened in 18 hours after shutdown. And it should be of natural draft cooling after 18 hours and the necessary water-adding or water-discharging should be carried out.
   --- When the slag temperature is reduced to be 200℃, the introduced draft fan should be started and the slag should be discharged by the primary air fan.
   --- When the drum pressure is reduced to be within 0.1-0.2Mpa, the superheater header or the drum air door should be opened.
   --- When the boiler water temperature is reduced to 80℃, the boiler water could be discharged.
   --- When the boiler is totally cooling down, all the industrial water and cooling water door of this boiler should be shut off (in winter, freezing measures should be taken).
   --- The cooling of boiler after shutdown and the maintenance of boiler after shutdown should be coordinated.
   --- If the emergency cooling down is needed after shutdown, it should be approved by the general engineer and the emergency cooling solutions should be made. When the bed temperature is reduced to below 400℃, the air fan can be started for forced cooling, but the air flow should better not be too large, and the decreasing rate of the bed temperature should be below 150℃/h.
