This boiler is a 40t/h CFB boiler, the water-cooling air chamber and the furnace is formed by the membrane waterwall, the tail silo flue is formed by the casing furnace wall. The high-temperature superheater, the low-temperature superheater, the economizer and the air preheater are all arranged in tail silo flue. The superheater adopts the structure of “tube hanging tube”. Besides, the economizer, the air preheater and the cyclone separator adopt the supporting structure.
One high-temperature cyclone separators and one back-feeding devices are arranged in this boiler.As the gas velocity in the boiler room is relatively high and there are a lot of back-combustion materials, the material concentration in the boiler room is relatively high, and the boiler room is of “positive-pressure” state.
 Due to the above characteristics, the following ones should be carefully noted when this boiler is installed.
1. The pouring of the wear resistant castable on waterwall tubes of the lower furnace combustion area. In this area, the working condition is poor, working temperature is high, temperature changes are severe, particle erosion is serious, and door holes are of large quality, the structure is very complex.
2. The construction of the anti-wear layer of headers, tubes in the outlet section of furnace room upper part and the installation of furnace walls.
3. The construction of the sealing of the wall-crossing tubes in the tail silo flue, the sealing of furnace surroundings and the sealing of tail silo flue surroundings.
4. The construction of the separation device and back-feeding device.
5. The construction of the non-metallic flexible expansion joints on the separator inlet.
6. In silo flue, the installation of the superheater and its wear mask, the economizer and its wear mask and the air preheater should be carried out according to the pre-planned installation order.
