XG-40/3.82-M Load adjustment

The boiler load is adjusted by changing the fuel-feeding rate and the corresponding air flow volume. The air low should be manually controlled or automatically controlled, and it changes along with the changes of the feeding amount. The principle of the adjustment of air material is “little amount, but few times”, so that the bed temperature fluctuations could be avoided. The main means of boiler-load regulation is to adjust the bed height; the bed temperature control can also be used as an adjunct to load regulation.
--- When the load increases, the fuel amount and the air flow should also be increased. Under the premise that the bed temperature would not change, the bed height should be increased and the heat absorption of the evaporation heating surface should be increased. Otherwise, the feeding amount and air flow is decreased and the bed height is reduced, the boiler evaporation would be decreased.
--- When the load is added, the primary air flow and the secondary air flow should be increased for a little, then add the feeding amount for a little and make the pressure difference of layers increase gradually, increase the air flow for a little and adjust the feeding amount until the needed output is achieved.
--- When the load is decreased, the feeding amount should be reduced firstly, then decrease the primary air flow and the secondary air flow for a little, and discharge some part of the circulating ash to lower down the pressure difference of layers. It should be operate repeated until the required output is achieved.
--- The boiler load can be adjusted by the changing of bed temperature. Usually the high load is corresponding to the high bed temperature, and the low load is corresponding to the bed temperature. As the bed temperature is under various constraints and the changing range is limited, compared with the changing of bed height, bed temperature change plays a limited role to regulate the load.
