During the hot-state starting process, if the bed temperature would be constantly higher than the allowed feeding temperature, it can feed to the fluidized bed immediately. After the feeding material is fired under the lowest rotation speed, the combustion rate should be increased, the boiler can carry full load after about 35 minutes. As the boiler inside is always hot and there is great heat storage, so the above condition is possible. And it means that the allowed temperature-rising rate of the lining refractory material should not be considered during the hot starting process.
