1. Furnace
(1) Height of the furnace lower dense-bed is about 4.2m. Waterwall tube is welded with pins and polished with the gravity corundum castable or the high-strength wear-resistant plastic (thickness: 80mm). And the air distributors is poured with the lightweight insulation castable (thickness: 100mm) or the high-strength wear-resistant castable (thickness: 50mm).
(2) All the avoiding tubes on door hole of furnace waterwall should be packaged with the high-strength wear-resistant plastic. The elbows on front waterwall top should be packaged with the high-strength wear-resistant plastic. The outer surface of furnace should be laid with the aluminum fiber board of 200mm thickness.
2. Cyclone separator
(1) The inlet flue is built with the high-strength wear-resistant castable (thickness: 120mm), the lightweight insulation castbale (thickness: 150mm) and the aluminum fiber plate (80mm).
(2) The straight part is built with the wear-resistant brick (thickness: 120mm), the insulation brick (thickness: 150mm) and the aluminum fiber plate (thickness: 80mm).
The cone part and the top is built with the high-strength wear-resistant castable (thickness: 120mm), the insulation brick (thickness: 150mm) and the aluminum fiber plate (thickness: 80mm).
3. Back-feeding device
The vertical tube, the inclined tube, the back-feeding box and the back-feeding tube is made with the high-strength wear-resistant castable (thickness: 80mm), the insulation brick (thickness: 84mm) and the aluminum fiber plates (thickness: 80mm).
4. About the outlet flue of separator, the vertical walls on three sides is built with the high-strength wear-resistant castable (thickness: 90mm), the insulation castable (thickness: 130mm) and the aluminum fiber plates (thickness: 80mm). The top is built with the normal wear-resistant castbale (thickness: 90mm) and the aluminum fiber plates (thickness: 220mm).
5. Tail flue is made with the clay brick, the diatomite brick and the rock wool board.
6. Drum, headers, downcomers, steam connecting tubes, feedwater tubes, boiler pipeline, flue and air ducts, and air preheaters should be designed by the design institute according to the “statistic table of boiler insulation area”, and the materials should be booked by the user.
7. Based on the years of experience on boiler design and boiler operation, the main wear-resistant material and the insulation material of this boiler is carefully designed and carefully selected by our designing stuffs. Without their permission, it could not be replaced by other materials, and the structure is not allowed to be changed arbitrarily.
8. Proportion of each material should not be changed arbitrarily.
