XG-40/3.82-M Fuel oil (Boiler cold-state start up)

--- Make the primary air volume to be 30% of the total air volume.
--- Make the bed pressure to be about 4KPa (if necessary, place some bed material).
--- The outlet pressure of the oil control valve should be more than 0.7MPa.
--- Make the air volume of oil burner under manual controlling.
--- The furnace pressure should be under manual controlling.
--- Shut off the secondary air baffle.
--- Shut off the primary air baffle.
--- The opening-degree of the combustion air baffle of under-bed igniter should be kept to be 30%.
--- Operate the first under-bed start-up oil burner (Φ1.4 atomizing piece), and make the air volume of oil burner under manual controlling until the combustion is stabilized.
--- The oil volume in the oil burner should be adjusted to the lowest level (the oil pressure should be bigger than the lowest oil pressure).
--- The maximum increasing speed of the bed temperature is 100℃/h, it depends on the requirements of the manufacturer of the refractory materials.
--- Five minutes after the ignition of oil burner, and the fuel oil volume could be increased according to the function curve about the temperature-rising of lining.
--- If the temperature-rising is not obvious, change the atomizing piece of oil burner to be ofΦ1.6.
--- Control the mixed air volume of burner, and make the temperature of water-cooling air chamber be lower than 800℃.
--- Note the expansion condition when the drum, header are started, observe the expansion indicator periodically and make records.
--- If the bed pressure is lower to below 3.5KPa, bed material should be added.
--- When the steam pressure reaches to 0.1MPa, shut off the air-discharging valves on the drum and superheater.
--- When the steam pressure is between 0.15MPa and 0.2MPa, wash the pressure gauge, check it with the adjacent pressure gauge and make sure the indication is correct.
--- When the drum pressure reaches to 0.3MPa and the superheater temperature is higher than the saturated steam temperature, the electrical stop valve on the fire line should be opened and the opening-degree could be about 20%.
--- When the steam flow is bigger than 7%, close all the stop valves on “drum-economizer” recycle pipeline.
--- When the steam pressure is between 0.3MPa to 0.5MPa, the periodic sewage and drainage should be carried out to the waterwall lower headers in turns. Check whether the sewage valve operates flexibly and whether there is water leakage or not. Make sure that the drum water level should not be lower than the lowest water level when sewage, otherwise, appropriate water should be supplied.
--- Shut off the water-discharge valve on the superheater.
--- Adjust the air exhaust valve, keep the outlet steam temperature of superheater to be at least 15℃ higher than the saturated temperature, make the steam flow bigger than 10% and cool down the superheater.
--- Adjust the air exhaust valve, make the drum upper, lower wall temperature difference be less than 50℃. The temperature-rising rate of the boiler water temperature is about 1℃/minute. And at the last period, the temperature-rising rate can be increased to be 1.5℃/minute.
--- When the turbine turn parameter is reached, supply steam to the turbine.
