1. Before the economizer snake tubes are assembled, the economizer header inside and pipe joints should be checked, and the debris should be removed.
2. As the economizer tube rows may be deformed during the transportation or lifting process, check them before installation and ensure the flatness.
3. The longitudinal direction of economizer snake tubes must be within the vertical plane which is parallel to the boiler axis, and it should be of even spacing. Tube should not be protruding; otherwise it may cause wear and tear.
4. The central line of economizer wear-resistant cover plate must be in the vertical plane of tube center. Besides, it should be installed in strict accordance with the drawings, and make sure that one end can expand freely.
