1. After baking, cooking can be continued. Besides, the steam leak test and the adjustment of safety valve could be carried out.
2. Before boiler cooking, the refractory bricks should be laid in the manhole door of back-feeding device, and a layer of aluminum fiber plate should be laid between the bricks and covers.
3. Dosage when cooking (100% pure)

4. After the two drugs are melted to be solutions, inject it to the drum with the temporary dosing box through the spare pipe fitting. The drum water level is allowed to be lowered when dosing, and it can be increased to be high after that, but note that the injection should not enter into the superheater.
5. Time for boiler-cooking and the pressure requirements: the pressure would rise to 0.3~ 0.4MPa after dosing and the boiler-cooking should last for 12 hours under this condition. Under 50% rated working pressure, cook boiler for 24 hours, do sewage and discharge water from the lower discharge points until the water quality could meet the requirements of test-run.
6. Sample test: boiler-water sampling test should be carried out constantly during boiler-cooking period. If the alkalinity is less than 45Meq/L, drugs should be added.
7. Water-discharge, cleaning and check work:
The alkaline water should be totally discharged after boiler cooking. The valves which contacts with the injection must be washed, and then open the manhole and hand hole for checking, the left dirt must be completely cleaned.
8. Qualified standard of boiler cooking
(1) No grease on drum header.
(2) Once the attachments are removed, rust is not allowed to be on the metal surface.
