Two sets of coal-feeding tubes are equipped on boiler front; coal is supplied to the combustion chamber through the tubes. The coal- feeding tube is arranged with coal-sending duct and coal-spreading duct to avoid coal stoppage. The coal-sending air connects to the primary cool air, and the coal-spreading air connects to the primary hot air. Two stokes together, the wind was about 4% of the total air volume. Besides, each air-supplying tube and coal-spreading air duct should be equipped with an air damper to regulate the coal-sending air volume. The coal-feeding pore reaches to the combustion chamber at the place that about 1500mm far away from the air hood. Due to the less ash content in boiler coal, quartz sand must be added constantly to guarantee the stable and cycle combustion, and the adding port would be considered by the design institution.
Suggestion: the sealed belt-type coal feeder with weighing device is adopted by the user, and the installation position should be decided by the design institution. Both the feeding port for quartz sand and the feeding port for limestone should be arranged on coal feeder and being on the coal-dropping port.
