If boiler baking, boiler cooking, the tube flushing, the steam leakage test and the adjustment of safety valve are finished, the temporary system equipments are all tore down and the hydrostatic test is qualified, the boiler ignition can be started. Besides, the following works should be done.
     --- Make sure the equipments are all in good condition, the flue is unblocked. No man stay in the furnace and no tools are left there.
     --- Check that whether the devices are complete and whether the installation is correct.
     --- All the auxiliary machines must be under the best operation condition, and they should operate according to the manufacturers’ recommendations and guidance.
     --- Check the installation of drum water-level meter according to the drawings which are supplied by the manufacturer.
     --- The steam-exhaust pipeline, the water-discharge pipeline, the pressure-relief pipeline, the safety valve pipeline and the instrument purging pipeline should be accessible; besides, they should be correctly connected with the sewage system or other pipelines.
     --- The sensitivity and precision of the thermal instruments and the self-controlled instruments should be qualified. The interlock check of controlling system should be operational.
     --- All the manholes and the observation doors must be closed.
     --- Obstacles of the heat expansion devices should be removed. Just like the temporary scaffold or the ladders.
     --- The peephole of the oil burner and the flame detector must be well cleaned, blow them with the blowing air.
     --- The atomization nozzle on the start-up burner should be checked.
     --- The feeding system should be under good working condition, and operate it with no load for 15~20 minutes.
