XG-40/3.82-M Boiler cold-state test

1. Purpose
Measure out the characteristics of the air distributor resistance and the material layer resistance of the CFB boiler, and find out the critical air volume, these reference material for boiler hot-state operation can ensure the boiler combustion to be safe, avoid bed coking, protect the equipment from being burnt and ensure the steam temperature and the steam pressure to be stable.
2. Test content and method
--- The calibration of the primary air and the secondary air on the main air ducts.
--- Test of air distributor resistance
Under the condition that no bed material is laid on the air distributors, start the induced draft fan and the primary air fan, adjust the primary air volume and record the pressure difference of air distributors. Besides, draw the relation curve of the air distributor resistance and air volume according to the above data.
--- Test for the relationship of the material layer thickness and the bed pressure
Under a certain air volume (generally the designed operation air volume is adopted), the static height of bed material is 300mm, 500mm, 700mm. Record the bed pressure values and draw the relation curve of material layer thickness and the bed pressure.
--- The critical CFB boiler air volume test
The critical air volume is the minimum air volume when boiler operates, especially when operates with low load. Below this value, there is possibility of slag-bonding. Measure the critical air volume with different static material layer height (300mm, 500mm, 700mm). Record the bed pressure and air volume and draw the relation curves of the bed pressure and air volume for the corresponding material layer thickness.
--- Fluidization quality test
Under the fluidization state of the bed material, stop supplying air immediately and observe the formation level of bed material so as to ensure that the air distribution is uniform. If it is of severe inequality, find out the reasons and take appropriate measures.
