--- Temperature of boiler bed layer is normally to be 920℃. Considering about the load changes and other requirements, the bed layer temperature change should be controlled within 40℃.
--- If the bed temperature is too high and the lasting period is too long, it would not operate because of bed coking. On the contrary, the bed temperature is too low, combustion is incomplete, or even fire would be off. The adjustment of bed layer temperature mainly relies on the adjustment of boiler coal amount and the adjustment of primary air flow for the air distributors.
--- If the bed temperature is hard to be maintained to be higher than 990℃ (the limited temperature is 1050℃), the air flow distribution must be adjusted. And normally the primary air flow for the air distributors should be increased and the secondary air flow should be decreased correspondingly.
