After the brickwork of the wear-resistant refractory material and the naturally drying period (at least 120 hours), baking can be carried out. And it can be divided into the three stages: woods low-temperature baking, start-up under-bed ignition burner middle-temperature baking and the high-temperature baking combined with boil-out.
Woods low-temperature baking
The lining of the under-bed ignition burner is the structure of the refractory brick and insulation brick. As the heat load in this area is relatively high and the temperature-risen rate is hard to be controlled, the thermal shock on the wall refractory material is great; the wall is easy to fall down if the water exists in the brick joint and the temperature rises fast. Therefore, before the start-up burner is adopted for the boiler whole baking, 300℃ hot curing should be carried out to the refractory material and insulation material of under-bed ignition burner by the using of woods ( subject to air room temperature).
--- Burn with small fire firstly, and the initial temperature is about 100℃.
--- Temperature should be risen gradually, and it should be stabilized at 160℃ after 2 hours, and be constant temperature for 6 hours.
--- Temperature should be risen with the speed of 30℃/hour, and it should be stabilized at 300℃, be constant temperature for 10 hours, finished.
Low-temperature baking(100-250℃) of the overall boiler (the inlet temperature of cyclone)
--- Lay the CFB boiler slag with 100mm thickness on the air distributors.
--- Build the temporary not-completely closed partition wall on the entrance of water-cooling separator; the majority of smoke should sneak into the cyclone tube outlet form the back-feeding system.
--- Lay woods on the bed and fire it with the torch. At first, the inlet smoke temperature of cyclone should be controlled to be about 100℃, then the stable operation should be lasted for 72 hours.
--- Rise the smoke temperature with the speed of 30℃/h. When the inlet smoke temperature reaches to 150℃, the stable operation should be lasted for 72 hours.
--- Continue to rise the smoke temperature with the speed of 30℃/h. When the inlet smoke temperature reaches to 250℃, the stable operation should be lasted for 72 hours.
--- Running of the steam-water system can refer to the pulverized coal of the same level.
--- Once the baking of this period is complete, stop the boiler and remove the temporary partition on the entrance of the cyclone separator.
Middle-temperature baking(300℃) of the overall boiler
--- Add bed material with 500mm thickness, the under-bed start-up burner must adopt the atomizing piece (Φ1.4). The temperature-risen speed should be controlled to be 30℃/h. Until the temperature is risen to 150℃, it should be lasted for 20 hours. Then it should be risen with the speed of 30℃/h, and it should be lasted for 24 hours since it rise to be 300℃. The inlet temperature of the cyclone separator is about 300℃.
--- Whatever the reason is, if the baking is stopped, it should be started again.
--- The moisture content in the sampling test of the refractory wear-resistant material should subject to the required numerical of the wear-resistant material manufacturer. If it is qualified, the baking is complete.
