1. At first, baking the boiler with woods, then the oil gun can be put into use. Note that the temperature rise should be slowly and even, and the flame should not be close to the walls. Grids should be built with the refractory bricks on furnace bottom, so that the air nozzle can be protected from being scoured by the flame or hit by the coarse woods.
2. Temperature-rising of boiler backing should be in strict accordance with the baking curve which is supplied by the refractory material manufacturer.
3. When baking or cooking, keep ventilation for the hood to protect it from burning broken. Some cooling air should be sent into the coal feeding tube, the back feeding tube and the secondary air duct to cooling down these tubes.
4. Key parts for baking are the cyclone separator, the under-bed ignition burner, the outlet flue of cyclone separator and the furnace wall of back feeding device. To achieve a better baking effect, it is suggested to seal the two furnace exits with the refractory bricks or steel plates temporarily after the furnace baking is finished (except for the back-feeding port, other holes in the furnace should be temporarily blocked with the aluminum fiber plates). So that the hot gas would go directly from the back-feeding leg to the separator, and the back-feeding tube, the back-feeding device and the cyclone separator can be baked separately.
5. In the beginning of boiler baking, catch fire with woods in the middle of furnace bed. The flame should be weak at first, and the natural ventilation can be adopted. And at this time the temperature-rising should be slow, and it is controlled according to the smoke temperature of superheater. The temperature- rising is better not be more than 50℃ in the first day, and it is better not be more than 20℃ in each day later, and the smoke temperature should not be more than 160℃ in later period (the exact ones should refer to the temperature-rising curve which is supplied by the refractory material manufacturer). When baking, small amount of woods should be burned in the back-feeding chamber to bake the separator, and the woods can be added from the manhole door.
When baking, the oil burner of ignition burner should be torn down at the same time. Burn woods in the ignition burner; bake the ignition burner and the water-cooling air chamber.
