For the first time, the water should be added to be 50mm lower than the normal water level. Water should be chemically treated so that it would contain the normal chemical composition, and the PH value would meet the requirements of the boiler normal operation. Besides, the added water temperature should not be more than 70℃. Water quality requirement : feed-water hardness≤0.002mmol/L, oxygen content≤0.015mg/L，boiler water alkalinity 8.8~9.3  PH（25 ℃）.
        --- Open the steam-exhausted valve on the drum.
        --- Shut off all the water-side water-discharge valves.
        ---Open all the steam-exhausted valves on the superheater.
        --- Open the water-discharge valve on the superheater and the water-discharge valve on the main steam pipeline.
        --- Open the boiler feedwater bypass valve, control the water-supply instruments by hands and adjust the feedwater flow to be 10% to 15%.
        --- Open the steam-exhausted valve on the economizer and shut off it when the air is totally exhausted.
        --- Add water to the lowest water level in the boiler drum.
        --- Shut off the desuperheater by hands.
        --- Make sure that the recycle stop valve which locates between the drum to the economizer entrance is started.
