1. When the main wear-resistant materials (the wear-resistant brick, the lightweight insulation brick) are arrived, the quality certificates, the test report of “physical and chemical indicators”, the preparation method and the construction requirements should be supplied by the manufacturing factory.
2. Based on the relative standards, the wear-resistant brick and the lightweight insulation brick should be detected by the user on the following aspects: brick appearance, brick size, whether there is crack or air hole, whether the surface is smooth and the perpendicularity, and whether the proportion is appropriate or not.
3. The material of “y-type grasping nails” and “v-type grasping nails” should meet the requirements of drawings, material analysis should be done after the goods are arrived, and only the qualified ones can be used.
4. The physical and chemical indicators of wear-resistant material and main insulating material must be in compliance with the requirements on the drawing.
5. About the high-strength wear-resistant castable, the gravity corundum wear-resistant castable and the high-strength wear-resistant plastic, the testing blocks of them should be made under the supervision of the material manufacturer, the installer and the user. And these testing blocks should be sent to the authoritative detection units to do test, and they could be used until the results are tested qualified.
