2. After inspection, the wear-resistant material manufacturer should supply the boiler-baking curve and boiler-baking program.
3. The combustion shell in the under-bed ignition burner is suggested to be installed on site. And after baking with woods, it could be finally located.

Thermal shock resistance: it means the capacity of the refractory products which resist the rapid temperature changes without cracking or peeling off. Measure it with the times that it is repeated heated or cooled without damages.
Compressive strength: it means the maximum pressure which is bore by unit area, and it is marked with the symbol “MPa”. And there are different catalogues like the room-temperature compressive strength, drying compressive strength, high temperature compressive strength and the after-burning compressive strength. And they reflect the mechanical properties of products under variety use cases, and it is an important technical indicator of the measuring of quality and performance.
Rapture strength at high temperature: The limited bending stress on unit area which is bore by products under high temperature. It means the ability to resist bending or breaking under high temperature, and it is marked with the symbol “MPa”.
