Use fluidized air to make the slag in a bubble state run and use the air cooling and water cooling embedded pipe to cool the heat slag. Features: 

1. The cooling capacity is strong, so it is suitable for the coal with large amount of slag.

2. The temperature of slag at the outlet is below 150 ℃. 

3. The volume is small, it is easy to decorate. 

4. Use the conical valve to control the slagging quantity. 

5. The fine materials in the slag discharged can be sent to back to the combustion chamber in order to ensure the material circulation.  

Main Functions of Air & Water Slag-cooler 

1. The water-cooling embedded pipe in fluidization air and slag-cooler is used to recover the physical heal of the boiler slag in order to improve the efficiency of the boiler. 

2. Decrease the temperature of hot slag in order to meet the requirements on safety of the equipment in slag-conveying system. 

3. The fine particle are separated and conveyed in order to keep the storage capacity and good fluidization of inside the hearth.
