1. The steam turbine generator is loaded with 25% rated power load. 

2. The voltage regulator is put into use: 

(1) Open the steam valve on the signal pipelines of the extraction steam pressure regulator; After the steam erupts, close the air bleeding valve, slowly open the stop valve to the voltage regulator. 

(2) Rotate the hand wheel on the upper part of the voltage regulator to make the compression screw of the spring of the voltage regulator loosen completely. (3)The voltage regulator is put into use: It is required to slowly rotate the switch handle and pay attention to the opening and closing of the regulating steam and the load changes. 

(4) Rotate the hand wheel on the upper part of the voltage regulator, adjust the pressure of the steam extraction room to be higher than that of the heat supply network by 5%, then connect the steam extraction pipeline. 

3. The speed for increasing or decreasing the hot load shall not exceed 5 t/min. 4. When the electric load is larger, and the voltage regulator is put into use, it is required to pay special attention to the change of the load, the rated power (or maximum power) shall not be exceeded.
