1. 2.  The shaft center distance between the drive shafts of induced draft fan for small-size boiler is bigger,  the belt transmission can effectively solve the problem, and the belt transmission has small  vibration noise, so the noise is reduced smoothly, so the belt transmission has a very good buffer role in reducing noise.
3. The induced draft fan of small -size boiler has not  too high requirement on transmission efficiency. Transmission efficiency of belt transmission is generally between 80% and 90%, is the most suitable driving part.
4. From the aspects of maintenance and economic efficiency. Belt transmission is  convenient in maintenance and is to take care, it does not need to be lubricated, and it has low cost, so the unnecessary expense is reduced and the  production cost  is saved for the enterprise.(ljc)
