What Shall the Thermal Engineering Discipline do for Coordinating Steam Turbine Cylinder-buckling?

1. Before the steam turbine cylinder is buckled, the thermal control discipline shall accomplish the following work: 

(1) The temperature measuring element on the steam turbin must be checked and qualified. 

(2) The positioning of temperature-measuring components of the steam turbine plant shall be verified and whether the hole-measuring screw is matching with the fixed device of the measuring component or not.

(3) Install the measuring element fixed bracket and lead to the flange. 

2. During the cylinder-buckling, the thermal control discipline shall accomplish the following work: 

(1) The measuring component of velocity level of high pressure inner cylinder has been installed and led from the outside cylinder. 

(2) After the temperature  measuring components of inner and outer wall of the upper and lower part of the high-pressure internal cylinder has been installed and fixed, down part of the temperature measuring components installed and fixed, then they shall be led from cylinder. 

(3)After the temperature measuring components of inner, middle and outer wall inside the flange of the upper and lower part of the high-pressure internal cylinder has been installed and fixed, down part of the temperature measuring components installed and fixed, then they shall be led from cylinder. 

(4) The temperature measuring components of upper and lower wall after the first stage of middle-voltage inner cylinder has been installed and fixed and led from the outer cylinder.
