1. The actuator action shall be flexible, shall be free of loosening and jamming phenomenon. 

2. The insulation resistance shall be qualified, the energized trial rotating shall be smooth and the opening instruction shall not fluctuate. 

3. The energizing test, tightness, stroke, total stroke time and slef-locking test to the pneumatic actuator of the electrical signals shall comply with the regulations of the maufacturer.
