1. Load changes and the vacuum changes.
2. The circulating water inlet temperature changes.
3. The circulating water flow changes.
4. The water drained from the heater returns back to the hot well or the water is replenished to the condenser.
5. The water level of the condenser rises or water leaks from the copper tube.
