There are many operating factors affecting the circulating rate, they are mainly the following several aspects:
Efficiency of separator, fuel particle size, ash content in fuel, fuel composition, ash properties, wear properties of ash particles have a decisive effect on circulation ratio.
The influence of boiler load. With the loss of the unit load, namely the boiler evaporation capacity decreases, the overall air volume and flue gas velocity of the boiler will inevitably decrease, thus prompting CFB boiler circulating rate to reduce correspondingly.    (lsh)
