1. In case any local water level indicator or water level transmitter or water level switch is in failure, it is required to contact with the related maintainer to repair. Before the water level transmitter or water switch is insulated, the thermal control persons shall take measures against maloperaton of protection and interlocking, increase the times of checking the water level of indication in centralized control room and local water level indication and shall highlight the monitoring during operation.
1. In case any water transmitter is in failure, the automatically monitoring to the water shall be highlighted. When two water transmitters are working reliably or are in failure, the water supply control shall be switched to manually controlled mode, and the boiler load shall be kept stable as possible,
2. In case any water level switch is in failure, the thermal control persons shall be connected. In case the failure shall be treated after the water level protection is released, it is required to appoint special person to monitor and control the water level.
3. When two water level switches are in failure, if the indication of water level transmitter is reliable, the boiler is allowed to operate for 2 hours, but the boiler load shall be kept stable. In case the indication of the water level transmitter is not reliable, it is requested to stop the boiler.
4. If all the boiler drums are in failure, the emergency shutdown of the boiler shall be done.
5. In case the double-clour water gauge or the electric contact water gauge leak, they shall be insulated.
