1.  It is required to send people to quickly manually regulate the electrically operated valve locally. When the temperature is over the limit, the attemperation water system shall be emergency shutdown strictly.
2. The instrument and electric persons and maintenance persons shall be informed to troubleshoot and to deal with the problems for emergency.
3. The attemperation water system shall not be regulated substantially and it shall be noticed that the drum water level is normal.
4. When the pipeline is freezing, the control valve of the attemperation water system shall be opened slightly to make the pipeline of the attemperation water system to drain and to warm the freezing pipeline.
