1. Immediately report the shift chief-operator to reduce the boiler output  and maintain a relatively stable operation. 

2. Fully open the continuous blowdown valve and check the pipeline to see whether it is blocked,  open the emergency water-draining valve or periodic blowdown valve if necessary, and at the same time, the water feeding shall be strengthened to prevent that the water level is too low, and the attention shall be paid to the change. 

3. Maintain the water level of drum slightly lower than the normal water level.

4. Inform the chemical treatment personnel to stop dosing, and  inform the person on-duty of chemical treatment to take samples for assay and to take measures to improve the quality of boiler water. 

5. If the steam temperature is low, open the water draining valve of superheater and the draining valve of the steam pipe, and inform the operator of the steam turbine to open the related drain valves.

6. Before the boiler water quality is not improved, it is not allowed to increase the boiler output. 

7. After the fault is eliminated, the drum water level gauge shall be cleaned and calibrated. 

8. When the measures above mentioned are invalid or the water-impact occurs in main steam pipe, it is required to immediately disconnect the boiler, and to strengthen the water draining, and after the quality of steam and water is qualified and the priming phenomenon disappears, the boiler can be combined again.
