1.  The other forced draft blower capacity shall be increased quickly(over-capacity shall be avoided) in order that the air quantity can meet the combustion requirement, and the automatic tracking of the induced draft fan shall be monitored. If the variable static blade of the induced draft fan is manually operated, it is required to manually regulate the capacity of the induced draft fan, the combustion, wind box pressure, negative pressure of combustion chamber to maintain the stability of combustion.
2.If at this moment, the load is high, three coal mills are operating, RB is acting, one coal mill will trip, therefore it is required to regulate the load to decrease to 180MW.
3. The reason of the forced draft blower’s tripping shall be ascertained rapidly, for example, if the thermal protective device is acting, it is required to contact with the thermal engineering operator to handle it and then to resume the operation of forced draft blower; is the electric protective device is acting, it is forbidden to start the blower, it can not be operated only after it has been checked normal by the electric maintenance people.
4. In normal condition, one forced draft blower’s tripping will not cause the boiler fire extinguishing, but if the boiler coal is poor and the combustion deteriorates, the boiler shall be shutdown and the treatment shall be done according to that the boiler fire is extinguished.
