1. Before the boiler is started, the air vent openings shall be thoroughly checked to see whether they  are open, and the bed material shall be checked to see whether there is caking or harden phenomenon not.
2. When the bed is heated,  the heating speed shall be gently rising.
3. When the bed is heated, the bed temperature shall be stable.
4. When the coal is fed firstly, it is proper to feed less amount of coal  and the coal feeding times shall be more. 
5. If the bed temperature rises too quickly, the burning  will be violent, it is appropriate to increase the primary air volume . (lsh)
