Inside the cylinder gap some internal shaft sleeve or spacer sleeve flange and the cylinder groove corresponding to severe stuck. Cause the shaft sleeve or spacer sleeve brought up when  the cylinder cap is lifting, then should stop lifting work, try to handle it.
