The main factors to the positive increase of differential expansion:

3) Poor performance of slide bearings or sliding pin system platen, easy Jamming.

4) The steam temperature of bearing seal is too high or the steam supply of the bearing seal too large, causing bearing neck excessive elongation

5) When the unit starts, inlet pressure, temperature, flow and other parameters too high.

6) the thrust bearing wear and axial displacement increases.

7) Poor insulation effect cylinder insulation or insulation off, in non-season, steam room temperature is too low or cold hallway.

8) Cold steam or cold water flow into the mezzanine of double cylinder.

9) differential expansion indicator zero denial not accurate or contact wear, causing digital bias.
