During circulating fluidized bed boiler start-up process, in order to ensure the safety of thermal insulation, refractory, wear-resistant casting material and plastic refractory, it shall be done as follows::
1.  Strictly control the temperature changing of any point at the boiler to be less than 100 ℃ / h, in order to prevent the uneven expansion of pouring material and metal.
2. In the process of starting the fan and adjusting the air volume, strictly control the significantly changing of the boiler pressure.
3. When the coal is fed,  be sure to feed slowly and at less amount,  not to adjust the coal feeding amount significantly. (lsh)
